Mark McNabb, CEO of Maserati North America, module be holding two positions as he has been named as worldwide advertizement director of Maserati S.p.A. earlier this week.
The 48-year-old McNabb has held the responsibilities of North American CEO since June 2009. For the new role, McNabb module be reporting to Maserati S.p.A. CEO Harald Wester. Before joining Maserati, McNabb had worked at General Motors for 13 months. At GM, he led Cadillac, Saab and Hummer. Right before he mitt GM, he had been hunt buyers for Saab and Hummer. Previously, he had served as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Nissan North USA Inc. However, it’s notable that the first 20 years of his occupation had been spent at the Nissan and Infiniti divisions. This new development came about as a result of the company determining to let go of Raffaele Fusilli, former Maserati S.p.A. advertizement director, after serving only threesome years. Last Thursday, Maserati gave a statement, saying that it sold 189 vehicles in the US during March, a 59% increase over March 2009. For the first quarter, Maserati’s US sales increased by 44% to 394 vehicles.
