First 2010 Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR-XProduction of the non-street legal Viper SRT10 ACR-X has started at the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit. Priced at $110,000, the Dodge Viper ACR-X module compete first at the Dodge Viper Cup on July 9-10, 2010.

In a release, Ralph Gilles, President and CEO, Dodge Brand, said that the 2010 help year module be unique for the Dodge Viper in many ways both on and off the track. Gilles additional that starting off with the creation of the eventual special-edition Viper ACR-X is the company’s artefact of stipendiary tribute to the performance engineering expertise of the SRT team. He also mentioned the passion and substance of Viper Nation, which keeps the tradition going strong. Gilles said that with the on-track performance, the Viper ACR-X module certainly catch the attention of all road-racing enthusiasts, “whether it is the grassroots driver all the artefact up to the professional.” The car is equipped with an 8.4-liter V-10 engine, with works headers and a low-restriction wear system. It crapper deliver 640 horsepower (40 hp more than creation model) and 605 lb.-ft. of torque (45 more than creation model).
